Product Features
High-Strength Base Fabric
Woven from high-density 1000D polyester filament yarn, the fabric achieves tensile strengths of 3100 N/5 cm in the warp direction and 2600 N/5 cm in the weft direction. Its excellent tensile strength allows it to withstand high internal air pressure and repeated inflation and deflation over extended periods.
Excellent Tear Resistance
With tear strengths of 380 N/5 cm in the warp direction and 320 N/5 cm in the weft direction, the fabric effectively resists accidental tearing and damage caused by sharp objects.
High-Adhesion PVC Coating
The coating has a peel strength of 90 N/5 cm, ensuring a strong bond between the PVC coating and the base fabric. This helps prevent delamination, peeling, and cracking during long-term use.
550g/m² Medium-Heavy Weight
With a weight of 550 g/m², the fabric provides a good balance between strength and flexibility, making it suitable for large-sized inflatable structures and high-pressure inflatable products.
Wide-Width Design
The standard width is 2.1 m, with a maximum available width of up to 3.2 m. The wide-width design helps reduce the number of seams, improving overall airtightness, structural integrity, and appearance.
Environmental Compliance
The fabric can meet environmental requirements such as lead-free, 6P, RoHS, and REACH, according to customer requirements.
Optional Flame Retardant Treatment
