The JT-1200 PVDF Coated PVC Architectural Membrane Fabric adopts double-sided PVC coating, with a high-strength polyester fiber base fabric (Polyester 1300×1300D/3032). The product has a weight of 1200 g/m², a thickness of approximately 0.92 mm, and a width of up to 3.2 meters. The surface treatment uses PVDF + acrylic coating, providing excellent weather resistance and anti-fouling performance.

Product Features
High Strength and Tear Resistance: Tensile strength in the warp direction is 6000 N/5cm and in the weft direction is 5800 N/5cm. High tear strength ensures long-term safety and reliability.
Excellent Adhesion: The PVC and base fabric are firmly bonded, with a peel strength ≥ 120 N/5cm.
Temperature Resistance: Suitable for temperatures ranging from -30°C to 70°C, adaptable to various building environments.
Optional Fire Performance: Can achieve B1/B2/B3 grades to meet building fire safety requirements.
Good Surface Weather Resistance: The PVDF + acrylic coating enhances anti-fouling and UV resistance, extending service life.
